48-hour notice is required in order to make changes or cancel your appointment for a refund, less $5.00 processing fees for cancellation.

No Rescheduling available 24-hours prior to your appointment time. Any cancellations within 24-hours of appointment time (includes Emergency Same Day sessions), via zoom or in person, will not be refunded any amount. This is because I have secured your scheduled appointment time and have declined other clients looking for a session. Cancelled or missed appointments are not usually filled on such short notice. 

Any late appointments will be billed for the full original appointment time scheduled. It may be possible to extend the appointment time if my schedule allows for it. Purchase of extended time is due at the time of service. 

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:  

• Delete your personal information from our records; and 
• Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records. 

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:  

• Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our outgoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;
