I have been on this spiritual journey for lifetimes. I was born in India, the land of all things we now know as "new age spirituality" therefore this is all literally in my DNA. I speak the language of energy, chakras, vibrations, frequencies, karma, dharma and so much more.
My life's purpose is to help people wake up to their authentic self. I am a spiritual farmer. I plant seeds that help you remember and embrace your true self.

- She works full-time in the emergency room of a children's hospital conducting psychiatric evaluations and assisting in traumas.
- In her private practice, she has the privilege of working with clients by using various energy healing modalities.

Anita's Approach To Therapy
- Anita believes that we are a sum of our life experiences which get encoded in our body and our brain. Further, our subconscious guards our beliefs and memories of our past experiences regardless of whether they are positive or limiting. Just talking about a problem helps to release some of the emotional pressure/stress that we may feel, but it does not change our limiting beliefs or patterns. We must dig deeper into our subconscious to release limiting beliefs, rewire our emotional response to the past and learn easy, transformative tools to help us live the best version of our lives.
- For the past 25 years, Anita has been on a mission to find the quickest and most effective ways to help her clients release emotional pain and trauma so that they can go about the business of living their life's purpose. Therefore after graduating from university, she has continued to attend trainings, seminars, workshops and retreats to learn from the best in the field such as Tony Robbins, Neale Donald Walsch, Dr Richard Bartlett, Dr. Lori Leyden, Elizabeth Campbell, Susan Stageman and so many more.
- Anita has learned, incorporated and mastered various energetic healing modalities which include: Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Theta Healing, Matrix Energetic & Holosets, Reiki, Hypnotherapy, EFT - Emotional Freedom Technique aka Tapping, Sound Healing and Emotion Code.
- Anita is also a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher which give her an excellent foundation in Eastern philosophy and the practice of Kundalini yoga, meditation and mantras.Therefore she is able to reach into her tool box and use as it seems fit.
- Anita has completed a 10 day Vipassana (Silent Meditation Retreat) in Nov. 2017 which serves as the foundation for her meditation practice.
- Energy transcends distance thus it makes no difference where you are on earth or the universe, healing energy can travel instantaneously. Anita has worked with clients across the globe in Kenya, India or London. She often jokes that you could be on Mars, and she is still able to do an energy healing session.
- If you are used to and / or are looking for a traditional talk therapist, she is not the right therapist for you. However, she has many friends and colleagues who do excellent work and is happy to refer you to them.
